Wireless Internet Access


The following libraries offer free wireless Internet access for library patrons and guests:

Getting Connected

  • Connect to the Wireless Network.
    The network name should contain the name of the library. For example, Bartow Public Library uses network name Bartow_Library.
  • Please Note: Library staff can not provide assistance or troubleshooting for the wireless network or wireless clients. If you are having trouble connecting, please refer to the document How to Use Public Wireless Internet Access in Your Library.

    Wireless Policy and Internet Filtering

    By using the wireless network, you are bound by the wireless Acceptable Use Policy as well as any other local policies.

    The wireless networks may filter web content in order to comply with the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA). Filtering settings can be altered for wireless clients, please see the circulation desk for assistance
