Getting Connected

Connect to the Wireless Network.The network name should contain the name of the library. For example, Bartow Public Library uses network name Bartow_Library. For a complete list, see How to Use Public Wireless Internet Access in Your Library.

Open a Web BrowserWhen you attempt to visit a website for the first time, you will be redirected to the Acceptable Use Policy.

Agree to the Acceptable Use PolicyOnce you read and agree to the Acceptable Use Policy, you will be directed to the website you originally requested and will be free to begin surfing.

Wireless Policy and Internet Filtering
By using the wireless network, you are bound by the wireless Acceptable Use Policy as well as any other local policies.
The wireless networks may filter web content in order to comply with the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA). Filtering settings can not be altered for wireless clients.
